Privacy Policy

We may collect the following types of information when you use Innovative Creative Solutions:

• Account information — name, email address, and password when you register
• Profile information — mailing address and other details you add to your account
• Uploaded documents — credit reports, identity documents, and supporting files you choose to upload
• Credit-related information — dispute notes, bureau response records, and other credit workflow data you enter
• Billing information — payment method details processed through our third-party payment provider (we do not store full card numbers)
• Usage information — how you interact with the platform, pages visited, and features used
• Support communications — messages you send to our support team

Information we collect may be used to:

• Provide and operate the Innovative Creative Solutions platform and your account
• Process payments and manage subscriptions
• Deliver support responses and service communications
• Improve the platform based on usage patterns
• Comply with legal obligations

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

You may choose to share a read-only summary of your credit readiness with a recipient you pick (for example a lender, attorney, or advisor). Sharing happens only when you generate a link or download a PDF yourself; we never share this summary on our own.

• What can be included — only the sections you tick: your first name, latest score per bureau, dispute counts, milestone progress, and an optional items list (creditor name, item type, status, bureau). Uploaded documents, letter text, your address, phone number, date of birth, Social Security number, and account numbers are never included.
• How links work — the link contains only a random code. The summary you selected is stored on our servers and checked each time the link is opened. Anyone who has an active link can open the summary, so send it only to people you trust.
• Expiration — you choose 1, 7, or 30 days. After that the server refuses the link.
• Revocation — you can revoke any active link from Share My Info at any time; it stops working immediately.
• Older links (before September 22, 2026) — earlier share links carried the summary inside the link text itself, encoded but not encrypted. Anyone holding one of those links can still read what it contains, whether or not it has 'expired'; the expiry date only controlled whether our page displayed it. We no longer create or display links in that format. If you sent one, treat its contents as already shared with that recipient, and create a new link if you want them to see a current summary.
• PDF copies — a PDF you download stays on your device. Once you send it, we cannot expire or recall it.
• What we record — the recipient category and label you enter, which sections you included, the expiry date, and how many times the link was opened. We do not record who opened it.

Credit reports and related financial documents contain sensitive personal information. We treat uploaded financial documents with heightened care. Our hosting provider encrypts stored data at rest, and all connections to the platform use HTTPS/TLS in transit. Data is not end-to-end encrypted, which means our hosting provider's administrators can access it if required to operate the service.

We recommend you avoid entering full Social Security numbers, passwords, or complete financial account numbers into any text fields in the platform. If you include such information in uploaded documents, it is stored securely but is not necessary for the platform to function.

Innovative Creative Solutions includes AI-assisted features that may process text content you provide — including credit report details you enter or upload — in order to surface patterns, draft materials, or support your workflow.

AI processing is used to support your work within the platform and is subject to the same data handling described in this policy. AI output is informational only and does not constitute legal or financial advice.

We do not currently record your browsing sessions (screen or interaction recordings) on this site.

If we enable session recording in the future, we will first confirm the provider, how sensitive fields are hidden, how long recordings are kept, and how you can opt out, and we will update this policy before turning it on. We do not sell your data. We may share your information in limited circumstances:

• With service providers who help us operate the platform (such as payment processors, hosting providers, and email services) under data processing agreements
• If required by law, court order, or other legal obligation
• In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of our business, with appropriate notice to you

We retain your account data and uploaded documents for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward to comply with legal and operational requirements. When you request account deletion, we will remove your data subject to those requirements.

You have the following choices regarding your information:

• Update your account profile information at any time in your account settings
• Request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting info@innovative-creative-solutions.com
• Opt out of non-essential communications by following unsubscribe instructions in emails

Account closure and data deletion requests are processed subject to legal obligations and reasonable operational requirements. Billing records may be retained for the period required by law.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit (TLS) and encryption of stored data at rest by our hosting provider. Access to your records inside the platform is limited to your own account. No internet transmission is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee the absolute security of your data. Innovative Creative Solutions is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided information to us, please contact us so we can remove it.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated policy on this page with a revised date. Your continued use of Innovative Creative Solutions after a policy update constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
