Users are responsible for reviewing, editing, and submitting any documents themselves. The platform helps users organize credit-related information, track document drafts, manage supporting documents, and follow action plans related to credit education.

Nothing in Innovative Creative Solutions — including AI-generated content, dispute letter drafts, action plan suggestions, workflow guidance, or any other platform output — constitutes legal advice, financial advice, credit counseling, tax advice, or investment guidance.

Innovative Creative Solutions is not a law firm, licensed credit counselor, financial advisor, lender, or credit bureau. For matters requiring professional judgment — including legal strategy, settlement negotiations, court filings, or individualized financial decisions — consult a qualified licensed professional.

As a user of Innovative Creative Solutions, you are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and complete information when setting up your account
• Reviewing all platform-generated content — including dispute letters and AI outputs — carefully before using them
• Verifying the accuracy of all names, account numbers, balances, dates, and addresses in any materials you submit
• Keeping your account credentials secure and not sharing them with others
• Complying with applicable laws when submitting disputes or other documents to bureaus or creditors

You may not use Innovative Creative Solutions to:

• Submit false, fraudulent, or misleading information to credit bureaus or creditors
• Violate any applicable federal, state, or local law or regulation
• Infringe on the rights of any third party
• Attempt to access systems or data you are not authorized to access
• Use the platform for any purpose other than your own personal credit readiness work
• Reverse engineer or misuse the platform's technology or AI features

Innovative Creative Solutions includes AI-assisted features that generate draft content, surface patterns, and support workflow steps. You acknowledge that:

• AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, or not appropriate for your situation
• All AI-generated content must be reviewed and verified by you before use
• AI output does not constitute legal advice, financial advice, or professional guidance of any kind
• Innovative Creative Solutions is not responsible for decisions you make based on AI-generated content

Innovative Creative Solutions offers a single monthly subscription plan at $24.99 per month. By subscribing, you agree to pay the monthly fee of $24.99 (U.S. dollars), billed automatically each month until you cancel. Payment is processed by a third-party provider.

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access continues through the end of the current billing period. No refund is issued for the current period. If you have a billing concern, contact info@innovative-creative-solutions.com.

Innovative Creative Solutions LLC and its content — including the platform's software, design, workflows, and documentation — are the property of Innovative Creative Solutions LLC and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute platform content without written permission.

Content you upload to Innovative Creative Solutions remains yours. You grant us a limited license to process and store your content as necessary to provide the platform services.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Innovative Creative Solutions at our discretion if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or misuse the platform. You may cancel your account at any time by contacting info@innovative-creative-solutions.com.

Innovative Creative Solutions is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for any particular purpose. We do not repair credit, remove accurate information, contact bureaus on your behalf, negotiate debts, guarantee score increases, guarantee item removals, or guarantee loan approval.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Innovative Creative Solutions LLC and its affiliates, officers, employees, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform or reliance on its content. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the platform will not exceed the amount you paid for your plan in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting updated Terms with a revised date. Your continued use of Innovative Creative Solutions after the effective date of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles. Innovative Creative Solutions LLC is registered in the State of Texas. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of that jurisdiction.
